I’ve been getting a lot of new subscribers coming from the Substack network, without having to do any marketing external platforms at all. This leaves time for me to do my main thing (trading and research) without having to spend time on promoting my blog.
I do trade other commodities, such as oil, copper, and ags, but I don't plan to write primers on them for now. My framework for trading gold can't be applied to other commodities as they are driven by an entirely different set of factors.
Gold moves when people loose confidence in government. Inflation numbers is not much of a factor since its very manipulated nowadays.
Just like Real Estate it moves down when unemployment rises...watch the homeless population number is a much better indicator.....just look around you. There is a lot manipulation in the numbers you receive nowadays to make it look good.

I've watched gold for many years from the 1970's.
